If a teacher needs to call in due to illnesses and/or family emergencies, a member of the Dance Experience Faculty or approved substitutes will be assigned to substitute your student's class by the Dance Experience Director. Although we do not like to be out, things do come about. Please rest assured all our Substitutes are hired with exceptional dance backgrounds and are trained to teach classes under such circumstances. There will always be a head Dance Instructor from our faculty supervising the studio for the day, if this is ever to occur.

In some classes, a student helper or assistant may be assigned to assist with anything the teacher needs, to demonstrate steps & combinations, and to be a prime role model for the all the kids. Student helpers are always moderated and supervised by the operating teacher of the class.
